It features rare, highly active honeys like Jarrah, Marri, Karri, and Blackbutt — all 100% raw, unheated, and unblended for maximum potency.

Both are powerful active honeys, but Jarrah is prized for its high TA levels, smooth caramel flavour, and naturally low GI — making it a strong natural alternative to Manuka.

TA (Total Activity) measures a honey’s antibacterial strength. Higher TA+ levels indicate stronger natural antimicrobial and antioxidant properties.
