Three honeys. Three cheeses. One memorable board.

Discover how much the right honey can transform a cheeseboard.

The Honey For Cheese Pairing Flight contains three 60g jars of premium Western Australian honey, each selected to accompany a different style of cheese: Southern Yate for soft cheeses, Marri for hard cheeses and Jarrah for blue cheeses.

Developed with input from a professional dairy-industry cheese judge, the set makes it easy to create a guided tasting at home—whether you are planning a dinner party, building a grazing board or looking for a thoughtful gift for a cheese lover.

Inside the box

Southern Yate — Superb with soft cheese

Light and approachable, with a mild profile and a gentle citrus undertone.

Try it with:

• Brie
• Camembert
• Triple-cream cheese
• Mature soft cheese
• Fresh goat’s cheese

Its lighter character complements the rich, buttery texture of soft cheese without overpowering it.

Marri — Heaven with hard cheese

A fuller honey that works beautifully with the salty, nutty and savoury character of aged cheese.

Try it with:

• Comté
• Manchego
• Aged Gouda
• Gruyère
• Mature cheddar

Marri adds a rounded sweetness that brings out the deeper nutty flavours of hard cheese.

Jarrah — Best with blue cheese

Jarrah’s malty, tangy character balances the salt and intensity of blue cheese, creating a smoother and more rounded finish.

Try it with:

• Gorgonzola
• Stilton
• Roquefort
• Cambozola
• Bleu d’Auvergne

A small drizzle is enough to soften the sharper notes of the cheese while allowing its character to remain clear.
