Scotland, with its rolling hills and glens, offers a unique natural environment for a wide variety of flowers and blossom plants. Our smooth, sweet Blossom Honey is produced by bees that forage on nectar, gathered from wild flowers in Scotland.
Gathered from bee friendly hives around Scotland, by our own local bee farmers, we produce pure, natural, blossom honey that is good for our bees and good for the environment.
Our Heather has been gathered from our bee friendly hives located throughout Scotland. Our team of expert bee farmers collect our Heather Honey from the exceptional Scottish environment so to ensure that, like a select single malt whisky, every mouthful evokes a sense of Scotland’s unspoiled wilderness. Gathered by our bees to create a rich and luxurious Scottish Heather Honey that, we feel, is the best tasting you will ever experience.
Collected from the pristine eucalyptus forests of Western Australia, this Jarrah and Blackbutt combination provides super high antimicrobial properties; some of the highest scores we have ever seen!
This honey is tested by The Chem Centre of Western Australia, an independant government laboratory. Enjoy this lovely, rich tasting and deep amber coloured honey!
