Honeycomb Collection

Honeycomb is delicious as it is — simply cut a piece and enjoy. You can also spread it on toast, pair it with cheese and crackers, or add it to waffles, muesli, and fruit bowls for a naturally floral sweetness.

Our honeycomb is harvested from some of Tasmania’s most pristine environments, including the wild Tarkine rainforests. Its floral, aromatic flavour and smooth texture reflect the untouched landscapes where it’s made.

TA (Total Activity) represents the honey’s antimicrobial strength. A higher TA rating means stronger natural antibacterial properties. Our honeycomb ranges from TA 10+ to TA 20+, offering both beautiful flavour and beneficial activity levels.

While jars carry an expiry date for regulatory purposes, pure raw honeycomb does not spoil due to its natural low moisture and high sugar content. Store it in a cool, dry place at room temperature — no refrigeration needed.
